#Method 2: Save Office 365 Emails to Outlook Using MS Outlook

1. Open the Outlook program on your desktop and click on the File option.

2. Now, choose Account Settings >> Account Settings.

3. From the Account Settings window click on the New tab.

4. Select Manual setup or Additional server types and then click on Next.

5. Now, from the open window Select POP or IMAP.

6. After that fill in all the required fields as follows:

7. Enter your name and the e-mail address that you want to add.

8. Select the IMAP form Account Type drop-down menu.

9. Now, enter the Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.com.

10. And for Outgoing mail server: smtp.office365.com.

11. Type your User Name( enter the e-mail address again).

12. In the password, section enter your password.

13. Click on the More Settings and go to the Advanced tab.

14. Now, enter the port numbers and select the encrypted connections.

  • Enter Incoming mail server: 993 and choose the Type of encrypted connection “SSL”.
  • Again enter Outgoing mail server: 587 and choose the Type of encrypted connection “TLS”.

15. After all the settings, click on the OK >> OK >> and then Next and Finish.

16. Open your Outlook to get all the Office 365 emails.
